Frequently asked questions

How do I book a tour?
You can book directly from this website on any tour page, or contact us by phone (+66 61-605-6999 or 087-665-7555) or email (booking@mysamuiisland.com).
What is your cancellation policy?
50% of the tour price is charged for cancellations made after 17:00 the day before the tour. 100% is charged for cancellations on the tour date itself.
Are children discounted?
Children under 3 years old are free (max 2 per booking). Children 3–9 years old and under 130cm are charged the child rate. Above that, the adult rate applies.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged when you confirm the booking — we'll send instructions for bank transfer, or you can pay on the day depending on the package.
When do I need to pay by?
All payments must be completed before your tour date — we no longer accept payment on the tour day. Please pay by 9:00 PM (21:00) the day before your tour; the exact cut-off is shown in the orange notice at the top of this page. After the cut-off, online payment closes and any unpaid seat may be automatically cancelled and released. This applies to every method, including cash or credit card at your hotel, which we arrange before the tour date.
Can I pay by cash or credit card at my hotel?
Yes — for eligible packages our staff can come to your hotel before your tour date (for example, the day or evening before) to take payment in cash or by credit card on a card machine. We no longer take payment on the tour day itself, so please arrange this in advance. Tell us when you book that you would like to pay at your hotel, and whether by cash or card, so we can arrange the visit and reserve your seat. If paying cash, please have the exact amount ready in Thai Baht (THB).
